CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(L&C) "An Act making appropriations for contract settlement costs and cost-of-living adjustments for public employees who are members of certain collective bargaining units; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1863. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(L&C) was adopted.
